We installed a bell today at Our Savior. The bell was donated to us by a congregation in Minnesota and was transported to California. It was in disrepair. Thank you to Pastor Gullixson, a few local companies (Kiwi Construx, Allen's Construction, and Rock-n-Dirt), and friends, who refinished the bell and made a stand for it. It was installed in the Bell Tower by Pastor Gullixson and Darren Twilliger (and crew). Easter will be the first service that it will be rung! It will be dedicated on Easter 2, also known as Quasimodo Geniti.

It was a busy day today. This is our newly installed "stained glass". The picture was done by Scapegoat Studio (Jonathan Mayer). It was made into a sticker for the time being and applied to the front window of the Church building.

This morning we had the privilege to welcome Cathy as a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church through the rite of Confirmation. May the Lord bless and keep Cathy in the one true faith.

Join us this morning as we celebrate Palm Sunday, the day Jesus rode into Jerusalem announcing Himself as the Passover Lamb for the world. We also have the privilege to celebrate the Confirmation of Cathy this morning. The Divine Service starts at 9:30 am with a reception for our Confirmand to follow at 10:30. Hosanna! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!

A big Thank You to the Ladies Guild of Our Savior for the wonderful farewell luncheon held for Pastor Gullixson and his family!
