Sewing is one of my hobbies, even though I'm still a beginner. I just love to create things. I feel like making something out of my own hands helps my mind get distracted from the negativity. Plus when you finish creating something, you have a feeling of accomplishment which is a good thing :) - OTTP-SF Student Intern Fall/Winter 2020-2021 #sewing #copingskills #hobby
Be happy with who you are. Don't compare yourself to others. There are times I compare myself to others with their appearances, finances, jobs, and much more. I'm aware that comparing is unhealthy and I'm currently working on decreasing that. You being yourself is what makes you stand out from everyone else. -OTTP-SF Student Intern Fall/Winter 2020-2021 #Quote #YouAreYou #YouAreEnough
Reading is a good coping skill because it helps you escape the stresses of your life. I didn't know reading can help you relax your mind and body, but now that I know that my goal is to read more. - OTTP-SF Student Intern Fall/Winter 2020-2021 #Reading #CopingSkill #Books
There are times I stress about the future. I have been stressing too much about my housing situation and job, but I have people who've helped me to relax because they've got my back and will support me every step of the way. Just remember, let all your worries go and believe that everything will be ok. - OTTP-SF Student Intern Fall/Winter 2020-2021 #Quotes #LetGoOfWorries #EverythingWillBeOK

Positive affirmations are reminders of your good qualities. I need to use positive affirmations when I am in endless negative thoughts or when I am stressed. - OTTP-SF Student Intern Fall/Winter 2020-2021 #CopingSkills #Affirmations #PositiveAffirmations
I agree with this quote, that's why I chose it. If you really care about the stuff you're doing, then you work harder for it and have more motivation to put effort into it. - OTTP-SF Student Intern Fall/Winter 2020-2021 #Motivation #Quote #WorkWeCareAbout

Happy Thanksgiving! You should appreciate everything you have. Not everyone has friends, family, or a roof over their head. Gratitude is one of my coping skills. That's how I survive the pandemic. The reason why gratitude is one of my coping skills is I think about my family, their good health, and how I still have a lot of things that other's don't have. So I should be very satisfied with my life right now. I overcome lots of challenges and I have confidence that we will overcome the pandemic. - OTTP-SF Student Intern #happythanksgiving #practicegratitude #begratefulforwhatyouhave
Each year, OTTP-SF serves 1,000 Bay Area youth and families. We have continued to provide vital mental health care throughout the public health crisis caused by COVID-19. Our programs are a lifeline for the people we serve, but we are now facing a potential $170,000 deficit in funding due to the uncertainties of the pandemic. This loss would translate directly to the loss of services for more than 100 youth and their families. We cannot let this happen. We have launched our... Emergency Healing Fundraiser through GoFundMe Charity and we are asking for your support. Please donate, share, and help us reach our fundraising goal of $50,000. The San Francisco-based software company, Webflow, has generously agreed to match up $25,000. That means every dollar you donate is doubled. 100% of the proceeds will go to providing continued services and support for Bay Area youth and families in need. Thank you for your generosity! https://charity.gofundme.com//ottp-sf-emergency-healing-fu
