DONATION COLLECTION - Tomorrow, Monday from 12 - 1 PM at Outside the Box, Woodland Hills. We can accept items for women and children, (no underwear), Housewares, Packaged food, Men's clothing/shoes, books, arts & crafts, bedding, towels. Special Need for: Children's pajamas (all ages)... Always Need: Tents, Tarps, Sleeping Bags, Blankets, Coats, Hygiene Kits, THANK YOU!

I love when FLOW parents send me pictures or videos of their children engaging in the practices we teach them in FLOW class! It makes my heart HUGE! This is one of our FLOW students teaching her father meditation, breath work, and mudras. We should all learn from our children!

All these great donations were ran to Hope Gardens this week! THANK YOU to all our amazing, incredible and generous OTB donors! Hope Garden's is a residential shelter for women and children from Skid Row. They are am "arm" of URM. They do great things and help these families find permanent housing. They also offer receipts for tax purposes.

OTB Families: Important Class Update! HAPPY NEW YEAR! We hope you are all happy, healthy & safe! ... Due to the increase in COVID cases, we have decided to remain closed (OTB Center) through January, and will plan to re-open on Monday, February 1st. We are making this decision in an attempt to be proactive to help combat all these crazy year-end holiday exposures. We are hoping that a 3 - 4 week break/closure will help the situation settle down, and ultimately continue to protect our clients/students. We are also pushing out all Field Sessions until the end of January or early February. Please contact your Host for more information Please know that your safety is our top priority. We’ve kept our space squeaky clean while you’ve been away. We’ll continue to do so and thoroughly sanitize both classrooms/all equipment. We know this is a difficult time for everyone, especially the little ones. We feel fortunate that we were able to open for three (3) months with no exposures or incidents. We just all need to be diligent and committed to seeing this thing through! We are all in this together! We will see "normal" at some point once again. In the meantime, we are committed to doing everything we can to keep our clients, students, teachers, and employees safe! Thank you for your cooperation, understanding and flexibility.
