School Starts via Distance Learning exactly TWO WEEKS from today! Have you registered your Otay Kindergarten Student? Students must turn 5 on/before September 1. Visit https://www.cvesd.org/parents/welcome_to_enrollment to start online enrollment, or stop by the Otay office between 8:00 - 3:00 to pick up a registration packet.

It's time for Annual Address Verification! Check your email, Class Dojo and our new blog at www.otayelementary.com Our Annual Verification of Residency starts this week.... The form must be completed for ALL current students. Re-verification is not necessary for new Kindergarten students. 1. Address documents should be dated July 1 or after. 2. The form is fillable, however it must be printed and signed 3. Forms and one required document can be scanned and submitted electronically by email, or dropped off at the office. 4. To submit electronically: scan/send form and document to [email protected] 5. Or, to submit in person: please bring form and document to the office between 1:00 - 3:00 Wed/Th/Fri Aug 12-14. A message for our 6th graders, from Dr. Escobedo

I am so very proud to be the Principal at Otay! Today, was my first 6th grade promotion as a School Principal, and it was one that staff and students alike will always remember: a Drive-Thru, Promotion, Celebration, Parade, Farewell Party and car show (we have some classics at Otay)! It was a perfect way to send off our 6th graders. Here's a sneak peek at the video.
