Work, school, kids, birthday parties, work events etc etc. I get it. Life is busy. That's why I made this video - to show you how easy prepping your food can be. Our ancestors had to hunt, gather and prepare their food. All we have to do is remove some plastic and cook. So are we REALLY too busy to simply heat up some food in the oven or on the grill? ... OR has convenience robbed us of this simple task. Convenience is great, but you pay for it. On average, my prepped meal costs $6, when I go out to eat it costs AT LEAST $12 per meal.
