Ready to start LIVING your BEST LIFE? This was me about 10 yrs ago. What you DON’T see in my ‘Before’ picture: At age 34, I thought I was fairly healthy, but I suffered from Chronic Daily Headache and debilitating Migraines. I managed to keep my super successful hair business going despite the headaches. Little did I know, that was just the start of my road to disability. In a matter of one month, my health began a downward spiral. It started with terrible neck pain from a pi...nched nerve and Plantar Fasciitis (excruciating inflammation in the feet). I had to wear giant medical boots on both feet that went up to my knees which threw my back out...which led to my second back surgery (my first was age 17) which I did not recover from. I was left with terrible nerve damage in my leg and foot. I gained 60lbs and developed Severe Sleep Apnea and Acid Reflux Disease. Was diagnosed with Degenerative Back Disease, Plantar Fasciitis, Regional Pain Syndrome, Severe Sleep Apnea, Acid Reflux Disease, Daily Chronic Headache with debilitating Migraines. I was also suffering from deep emotional pain due to my marriage falling apart. I could barely get out of bed. I had three young kids at the time. I kept going to specialist after specialist hoping someone or something could get me out of the pain I was in. I endured countless injections, nerve blocks, and surgeries. Medications of every kind were prescribed to me. I was up to 12 different prescription medications at one time. I was desperate to take care of my children so I tried it all. None of it was working. I hit rock bottom. I stopped expecting Western Medicine to ‘FIX’ me and I took charge of my health. I ACTUALLY started listening to all the people who were trying to help me. I READ the BOOKS that friends told me to read where before I would just roll my eyes and think, Sure, this book is going to cure me.
