GOOD MORNING! Maybe you’ve noticed, maybe you didn’t but I haven’t had time this month to give my beloved Organic Junkie the attention she needs, or you for that matter. I’ve been working extra hard to bring our community Vegan Depot which has kept me from the store. Vegan Depot was a huge success! If you missed is please go follow @vegandepot_ie. The next market is 10/3 and this one won’t require as much of me.... The good news is by 10/1 we should have back the full menu and open the store! I’ve had to neglect the store for a little bit to find a way to save her and get her back to where we were before Covid. There have been times we have been out of ingredients, the portions haven’t been consistent, our processes have not been consistent. Im very aware how my absences has affected the store. I’ve had to bring in new employees due to others who had to take time off while I wasn’t able to over see things. THANK YOU FOR STICKING WITH ME BECAUSE IT WORKED! We now have Vegan Depot and about 50 small businesses get to stay in business, not just me! We get to keep more within our own economy. The community now has something I’m proud to have created which will also keep my doors open. Just like so many we have been hit hard by Covid but this ship is getting turned around today! I love you guys for all of your continued support. I really am trying to do so much for this City, our city.
