BIG THANKS to all who helped make our Halloween Trunk Parade such a fun night! We had a great turn out and got to see so many happy kiddos come through and wave. It was fun to see everyone! Tonight is our second night of our dine-n-donate at Mountain Mike's. If you missed out last night you have another chance today for some yummy pizza while earning money for our school. A win/win! Happy OWL-OWEEN to all our Orchard families!! Have a great weekend!

If you are coming by to see the decorations tonight (5:30 to 7:30), please follow the arrows here. Start in the staff parking lot then go through the bus lot. Stop at the star, if you'd like, and get a treat (limited supply!). Then head over to Mountain Mike's to pick up your dinner to support our school at a special 2-day dine and donate!

October is principal appreciation month and guess who is featured today!?!? We are so thankful for Mrs. Silva and what she has brought to Orchard. She has handled this chaotic year beautifully and keeps us all staying positive. We are so lucky to have her!! (Comments on the VUSD photo are from Mrs. Capps. She is one of our new teachers, taking on 3rd grade and another great addition to our school!) We love you, Mrs. Silva!!

As you know, we will be doing a Halloween Trunk Parade...but we need more cars to make it great. Can you help out? Can you decorate your trunk(or truck bed, etc) so our kids can have a fun experience? Cars will be spaced out and you only need to stay by your car if you want (bring a chair, or be a part of your decor!).
