Important Community Update on the Mara Brandman Horse Arena. Beginning January, 2021, the arena will no longer be allowed to have use without compensation to the property owner, Milan. Our 100% volunteer board, OPA-ETC, who has been managing & maintaining the facility( since it opened eight years ago) will have to pay a monthly fee to Milan to keep the arena open to the public, until the property sells, at which time the arena will close. It is the Arena Boards intention to ...keep the arena open month to month as long as possible. In order to continue to operate, we will need & are asking for a few volunteers to open & close arena entrance gates am/pm, & donations to pay for the arena use. If you use the arena, please donate now while your donation will be tax deductible. If we don't receive enough financial support, we will have to privatize the arena & usage will become membership based for a fee from each user.
