Orange Hill Vet Hospital Re-Opening June 1st Dear Orange Hill Vet friends and family, We hope this message finds you safe and healthy. As more people are being vaccinated for COVID-19, we feel that we can safely start seeing clients with our patients during exams. By June 1st, most of our staff will be fully protected against COVID-19 and we will start allowing clients in with their pets. In order to continue to care for our patients while maintaining safety for our ...clients, we will open with a few safety precautions. In accordance with our state and CDC guidance we will be allowing clients to accompany pets into the building June 1st. We are committed to ensuring the health and safety of our clients, staff and patients. Our entire staff has undergone extensive safety training in accordance with CDC protocols for proper social distancing and sanitizing. We want to make it as safe as possible for your return into our hospital. Let's work together as a community to overcome this pandemic. Our precautionary measures include limiting our waiting room capacity, installed sneeze guards at our reception area , maintaining social distance of at least 6 feet , touch-free hand sanitizer dispensers , extensive cleaning between patients, and we still are offering CURBSIDE medical care if that's what you prefer. These are unprecedented times and we are striving to meet the challenges. To ensure everyone's health and safety we ask you to follow the guidelines listed below. What to expect when you arrive at Orange Hill Vet Hospital: Please have your dog on a leash and cat in a carrier. Give us a call when you arrive. Wait to be escorted into the hospital. Wear a mask or face covering. Immediately disinfect your hands with our touch-free sanitizer dispenser. Stay 6 feet a part from others. Take a seat at one of the designated orange chairs. Only one person will be allowed to accompany the pet into the hospital. As we all try to find a new normal in these waning (we hope!) days of the pandemic, it makes us so happy to be seeing you with your pets again! We would like to thank you for the patience and care you've taken this past year. We know how much you want to be there for your lil fur-kids and we are looking forward to welcoming you back. Thank you, Dr. Jahan Rana and Team PS: We offer virtual vet visits with our Epetdoctor telehealth service and are available 5 days a week. We've really been happy to see so many of you utilize it!
