Orange County Boat Repair

We regel-coated this Glastron a couple of years ago. It came back in for a detail & also to have the black sticker non-skid strips removed & new teak wood strips put back on. Now she's as close to factory original as it gets...

The Cheetahs Race car inspired lines...

The cap work is done on this Cheetah. She's primed, sanded smooth & we're laying out some lines for the new gel-coat paint...

Haven't posted in a while, sorry guys! This 82 Boston Whaler caught fire while docked. The top cap was grinded to remove all burnt fiberglass & gel-coat. The ground surface then received a new fiberglass skin. The new skin was primed, sanded smooth & refinished in new gel-coat. Now she's ready for new rigging to get her back in the water...

All done. Now its off to get a new wrap & rigging.

Our guys are miracle workers, just a few days ago this boat was destroyed. It had a 2 foot hole on the top/side, the bulkhead under the deck was in pieces, the side bolsters also in pieces. Long hours & working through the weekend made a delivery tonight possible. I guess what I'm trying to say is thank you Team OCBR. #lunchontheboss

Stayed in late last night to get all the laminating work done on this Biesemeyer. Now another late day of sanding to get the repairs into shape along w/a new bulkhead & side bolsters.

Sorry I haven't posted in a while. Today we have a 1976 Biesemeyer flatbottom that was involved in an accident. OCBR is working hard to get this classic back on the water. I'll post more pictures as the repair progresses. #staytuned

Sea Swirl project all done & ready to hit the lake. New hull lamination, new keel stringer, new floor & carpet kit. The bottom of the hull was completely re-finished w/ new gel-coat. Another classic back in the water...

Schuster project all done & going home. It was an absolute pleasure restoring this classic jet boat for such a wonderful family. We hope it brings them years of fun on the water...

This fishing boat came in for a crack on the bottom of the hull that was previously repaired by someone else. The repair was only done on the exterior so the repair failed. The floor & livewell were opened up to allow access to the crack. Doing a hull crack repair this way insures the repair holds for years to come...

Sea Swirl project's rolling along. Interior repairs are done, now it's time to make the exterior repairs...

Schuster project also got a new floorboard put in today. Good as new...
