COVID-19 Update We understand the seriousness of the COVID-19 and are taking drastic measures to make sure we can still provide our patients with the individualized care that you are accustomed to. Our main priority is the safety, health and well-being of all patients and staff. We at OPTI want everyone to know that we will remain open as long as we can, while following the federal, state and county guidelines. We are taking extreme precautions with all of our patients and st...aff, decreasing the amount of patients that are being treated at a time to make sure that each piece of equipment that is used gets disinfected and sanitized immediately after use, as well as throughout the day. All equipment, treatment areas, furniture, doors, handles, and bathrooms get thoroughly sanitized throughout the day. Again, our main focus is and always will be patient and staff health and safety. We obviously value physical therapy and the importance of it more than anyone, and because of that, we do encourage all of our patients to continue with PT during this time. Whether that be in the clinic with the PT, or with your home program. We understand that there are some that need to stay home and isolate themselves, and we completely understand and respect this decision. Because not everyone can make it to the clinic, we would like to offer all our patients the option of complimentary "telehealth" visits. This can be done through phone calls, emails, and when deemed necessary, video visits. We want to make sure patients still have access to their clinician while we are in this health crisis.
