One on One Outreach

Yesterday, Feb 28th, this great group of brave volunteers delivered 180 Ralphs gift cards door to door in the Athens LA neighborhood we serve. We are proud of the spirit and willingness to serve others! Join us on March 28th when we will do it again!

On Christmas Day One on One Outreach handed out 300 Target gift cards to the all the kids in the neighborhood we serve. We didn't have the joy of actually delivering toys but we were able to allow all those kids the opportunity to buy their own! Thanks to our brave volunteers who came in the midst of a huge surge in the "virus." Special thanks to all the folks who have donated to help us keep up with our service.

Every Christmas Day for the last 20 years our volunteers have gone into the neighborhood we serve in the Athens area of S. LA and delivered toys to the kids who live there. They were able to pick out their new toys. This year, as we know, is different. However, we will not be deterred and our brave volunteers, masked and gloved, will be delivering gift cards to these kids so they can still pick out their own presents. Annual One on One Outreach Thanksgiving Delivery! Due to health concerns instead of giving out turkeys and ham we gave out close to 300 $25 gift cards to Ralphs/Food For Less to the residents of the neighborhood we serve in the Athens area of So. LA! These are pics of our volunteers!!

For our October delivery these brave volunteers handed out 180 grocery gift cards to the low-income families we serve. Thank you! Next date? Nov. 22nd!
