Friday we will have a very special salad special for you!! It starts with an organic purple barley and roasted sweet corn! To that, we have added cherry tomatoes, roasted garlic, carrots, walla walla onions from @fiddlersgreenfarm, and lime juice/zest. The salad is sitting on top of an salt cured yogurt mixed with charred poblano peppers!! The whole salad is then topped with thinly sliced purple cabbage, watermelon radish, jicama, avocado and cotija cheese!! You will have the option to make it vegan or add chicken!
