Who is your hero? I am currently reading Mandela"s Way. He speaks about seeing the good in others versus the ugly side that we all sometime might show. Mr. Mandela believed that if we can see the inherent good in people we can learn to respect and care about ... each other. At our spiritual hub, One-n-All, is where we want you to go to share your best self and be that inspiration for others. My parents taught me to love no matter what. Even the times I saw the need for anger and hate. Mandela"s Way, he loved his jailers versus hating them even with th unjust treatment at their hands. He felt they were behaving that way because of the way they were raised. What were you taught, and how are you using to be your best self ever? Share with us in the chat.

During the pandemic did you find time to experience the spiritual side of you? If so, what did you learn/ What new practices did you take on? I learned that being a part of a community is the most healing practice I could take on. Why? Others are a reflection of what I might be experiencing in my life at that moment. the group I chose was a year of practices and interactions. The needless murder of 6 individuals and the mounting crimes of racial hatred are regrettable. They have to stop. Now! Your pain is our pain. It is the world’s pain. You are our brothers and our sisters. Your families, children, your culture, your uniqueness suffered a blow on March 16th. The hatred will not prevail, because we know you, and you are family. And we love you. You are our neighbor and your seat at the table of life is reserved. Your space on the dance floor completes our celebration of all humanity. Without you, rainbows cease to exist. And God knows, we need rainbows. So please know, the masses of us count you as an essential part of our whole. There is no room for intolerance, hatred, racism, and murder in the name of God or country. I invite all people of human kindness and courage to speak up and dismiss the thinking that could even consider harm and prejudice against another human being and still consider yourself human. I don’t care if you are red, yellow, white, black, or brown, let’s support all our relatives on planet Earth. And say amen, with your actions, and not just your lips. Reach out to someone not like you and hug them and let them know you care about their well being, and that you treasure their difference and welcome it. The many years I traveled the would, spending much of it in Asia and other places of distinction, has taught me acceptance, curiosity, and compassion. Family members of various cultures have shown me richness. I am filled with the joy of abundant love. I cherish the thought of more hugs and more sharing, while revealing more of myself in each one and all of you.
