We didn’t think this day would come so soon. But it’s here. Dear Omkar Family, It is with a heavy heart to inform everyone we are closing the Shala. We know the Shala has benefited many people and changed lives over the past 10-years. However after much discussion and contemplation, this weekend will be our last before returning the keys to the landlord on Monday. ... If you would like to pay your respects to the space and say your goodbyes, come by today anytime after 12pm. Please wear your protective gear (ie mask, face shield, gloves, whatever makes you most comfortable). We will of course socially distance for everyone’s safety and health.
