We first want to give honor and glory to God for his never changing love We'd also like to thank all those that came out yesterday to support the Celebration Thank you to Pastor Tili of Grace Full Gospel Fellowship for the opening prayer and Pastor Thomas Masaniai who gave a powerful word Thank you to all the ministries that came out and ministered along side us. Fellowship Family, Gods Got Your Back and OfuTau. Thank you!... Thank you to the uso Tana Lepule and Census 2020 for your support. For explaining in detail through your swag bags and talk the importance of being counted. Thank you and we hope to continue to work with you uso! Thank you to the uso Tua and the OfuTau family for the powerful testimony and the support. You guys have truly been a blessing Thank you to the DJ w/ a purpose the uso Drew aka the CHIEF You are truly a blessing. Thank you for coming thru and keeping the celebration popping That taualuga though BJ thank you for sangin, yes, sangin both National Anthems Awesome job uso! A very special thank you to the Melba Bishop Recreation Ctr and its staff. You guys were so supportive and helpful before, during and after Thank you for allowing us to use your facilities. Last but not least thank you my uso's Tony and Wayne for putting the whole program together and making sure everything went smooth. Okay. Here's the FINAL update as far as what the city has allowed. We are still scheduled for July 11th @11am at Melba Bishop Park in Oceanside. We are only allowed up to 100 people. That includes vendors and those who will be performing. Maskswill be REQUIRED and social distancing will be enforced. If these guidelines are not adhered to they will SHUT US DOWN So FAAMOLOMOLE PLEASE if you feel sick or show any symptoms, you can google symptoms for Covid19, with all due r...espect, do not attend. We want this celebration to be enjoyed by ALL but we have to make sure we keep our community and ALL surrounding communities safe So please if you plan on attending be early, be courteous and share a This year will be FAITH based. Our Siva Samoa aspect of the celebration will not be included. It would've been too difficult to include large numbers of dance groups and still adhere to the city's conditions. But lets NOT forget our faith in God is and ALWAYS will be a central part of our culture. This year there'll be NO food vendors. So please pack a picnic. But remember ONLY those in your IMMEDIATE houeshold will be able to gather. That doesn't mean you can't share NO ALCOHOL will be allowed. SMOKING is allowed in designated areas ONLY. Please support the vendors that will be on site. In these tough economic times they definitely need us to support them There is parking available but once the lot is full you'll have to find parking in the surrounding area. We hope that these updates will help you and your aiga (family) make this year's celebration one to remember So please let's all come together as one and enjoy this day the Lord has made

For those wishing to volunteer, we ask that you'd please show up an hour early and we'll meet and hand out assignments. Thank you

Here's the latest update. We will now be holding the Celebration at Melba Bishop Park on July 11th starting at 11am. So gather the family and bring your beach chairs and blankets and let's celebrate the goodness of God Please be mindful social distancing will still be enforced as well as masks until further notice.
