The softball team opens the 2022 season tomorrow against Esperanza in the Savannah Showcase. The Lancers come into the season as the defending Trinity League Champs. They have a solid blend of veteran leadership and young talent. We have a good, strong senior group. They have great leadership and are doing a good job mentoring the younger kids. The Lancers are off to the CIF-SS Semifinals!!! They beat Mater Dei 9-6 to avenge their loss earlier this season. Anna Pearson and Caitlin Cohen had 3 goals each. Sara Naulty, Sophia Umeda, and Samantha Kim each had 1. Lauren Steele was tremendous making many key saves. She had 15 total! In 2 days the #1 ranked OLu baseball team opens the 2022 season looking for their first ever CIF-SS title.
