Bible Study for Young Adults We will resume our Bible Study this coming Friday, April 1, 2016 at our usual time and place (7:00 p.m. in the Junipero Serra Room in the Pastoral Center). We will have Fr. Craig Cox come in to speak to us. He will give a presentation on a topic related to the New Testament but needs not to be strictly tied to the Gospel of Mark. Fr. Craig is a former rector/president St. John’s Seminary and holder of two doctorate degrees. (This is NOT an April F...ool joke!) All young adults are welcome! March 03, 2016 The Pontifical Council for Promoting the New Evangelization has published a pastoral guide to the Sacrament of Reconciliation as 24 Hours for the Lord initiative approaches. In his bull of indiction for the jubilee year of mercy, Pope Francis called upon all dioceses to offer extended times for confessions on March 4 and 5.... The pastoral guide includes the teaching of the Compendium of the Catechism of the Catholic Church on the sacrament, suggestions for preparing for the sacrament, texts from saints and popes, and reflections by G.
