Our work versus their work. Completely redesigned a 6 zone zoning system on a commercial building. Original work was done only 4 years ago, but definitely not up to standards. We used Honeywell zoning boards as well as motorized dampers to completely balance the entire system.

Start to a new project. We're having fun in this heat!

An upgrade for our long time customers in Campbell. We used a side discharge American Standard condenser to take up least amount of yard as possible. We'll follow up with progress pictures of the rest of the installation.

After 30+ years in the same house, this family has upgraded to a new system and finally has an AC to keep cool during the summer. We installed an 80% 2 stage, variable speed furnace and a slim line AC unit. Installed all new flue lines from furnace and water heater (although not in our contract). Ps. Left the old furnace paperwork and repair parts as a memory of their late dad. Also, waiting for the electrician working on the house to upgrade panel and hook up 220V to the AC unit.

Quick furnace upgrade for another happy customer. We installed a new American Standard 80% 2 stage furnace. We also installed a furnace base, with sound deadening insulation for quieter operation.

Another great customer is ready for the winter season. We installed an 80% 2 stage, variable speed, American Standard furnace, R-410a Freon evaporator coil for their future AC installation. Based on our conversation with the home owners and their desired budget for this project, we came to the conclusion it was best to wait until Spring to install the AC. We always do our best to work with everyone's budget and target timelines.

We just completed a 6,000 sq ft home in Hillsborough Hills. All new design-build project with two American Standard 96% 2 stage, variable speed furnaces, controlled by Nest WiFi thermostats, as per designers request. Our HERS test (duct leakage test, performed by a third party company) passed with 1.7% leakage.

Yet another home ready for rough inspection. We installed two 96% 2 stage, variable speed furnaces and R-410a freon evaporator coils, rated for 17 SEER efficiency air conditioners. At completion we will install 2 stage, 17 SEER AC units to give this entire home a very efficient HVAC system throughout. PS. Although the systems are installed in the attic, we always try to keep the installation as clean as possible.

Another customer is ready for the summer heat. We installed American Standard 80% 2 stage, variable speed furnace, along with a 16 SEER R-410a, SlimLine outdoor unit to save as much space as possible in their yard. All work was approved by the HOA. Little painting left undone, which the painter completed once we finished.
