Therapy is a partnership between my clients and myself built on trust, honesty, and exploration. I view life as an ongoing journey, and throughout our journey we may encounter many obstacles. Despite these obstacles, I believe we can all discover a happier and healthier path as our journey continues. I am committed to providing culturally diverse counseling services supporting families, couples,... adolescents and adults. I have a special interest in adolescent substance abus...e, depression, anger management and co-dependency within couples. Different people and circumstances may require a variety of approaches, drawing from my 13 years of counseling experience, I apply cognitive-behavioral, family systems, and/or strength based therapy techniques. Taking the first step on a new path is the most difficult and also the most courageous. It is crucial to have individuals that you trust along your journey with you.
