Ojai Lavender Farms

Today (Saturday, July 28th), we are open until people stop coming! Beautiful day and we brought products too!

Hello Lavender Fans! It's been a while since I've posted here, long overdue so here goes... The Lavender Festival this year (2018) was incredible! We had a lot of help getting things ready! Thanks to sister Joni and aunt Pamela, Gabe Luboff, Harry Hasbrouck, Justin and Erin Tatum, Phil and Dana Phillips, and many more. Because of the fire we did not have any products and so Diana had to start all over with new equipment and had to even re-create some of the recipes for our la...vender products. It was a labor of love and a lot of product was made. On the day of the Festival, Diana and I (and the rest of the crew) were ready for the onslaught of people wanting bundles, lotions, sachets, soaps, mists and plants! We did not stop all day. Didn't even get to sit down for lunch. Needless to say, 2018 was our best year yet at the Ojai Lavender Festival! We cannot forget to thank the OLF Committee for getting the event planned and running like a well oiled machine! The Teen Challenge girls were amazing and extremely helpful for getting set up. Also thanks to absolutely awesome weather that day. We would like to thank our family, friends and loyal customers who helped us and supported us through these tough times and helped us to literally get back on our feet. Some of the people we spoke with told us that they had read the VC Star article and so they came to Ojai just to support us. THANKS TO ALL OF YOU FOR MAKING THIS DAY A SUCCESS!

Hello lavender family, We have some good news and some bad news... Our house that we have lived in for the last 30 years is gone! The garage and hay barn too. The good news is that we got all of our animals out and our lavender field survived! Please go to www.facebook.com/tony.luboff.9 to see pictures and get the whole story. We also saved about 250 lavenders in pots that survived. They are now safe next to the new greenhouse at the CEC in Camarillo. Unfortunately we did l...ose all of our inventory including about 3 1/2 liters of this years essential oil harvest. We do however have an incredible, supportive community in the Upper Ojai and beyond that has been helping us out with tree removal, water line repairs and still putting out spot fires in our barranca.
