Meet Bluey! She's a 12 week old blue heeler that was diagnosed with an ileocolic intestinal intussusception. It's not a very common disease, but it is fatal if left untreated. Bluey is such a fighter and pulled through surgery well! She's back to having the energy that a 12 week old puppy is supposed to have.

Our vaccination protocol does include coronavirus for dogs. It's not the same strain as SARS-CoV-2. The vaccination is used to protect against a strain that causes diarrhea.

Stay safe during this holiday. Pets become scared and frantic with fireworks and tend to escape their homes. 4th of July is a holiday where many pets become lost after running away from home. Make sure to keep your home secure and pets safe. If your pet does not have a registered microchip, this might be a good time to have one administered and registered.

We've been doing some telemedicine for years now, asking our owners to email us pictures or send videos on their pet's condition for follow-up. Now we can do more. Contact us and find out if we can help your pets illness via telemedicine.
