Are you training with purpose and intent? How much effort are you putting in to execute your plan? What's inside your mind as you train? Is your intent just to get through the workout and go home, or is it to push your body to become bigger, stronger, faster and more resilient?... Here are some tips for working out with intent and purpose: Challenge yourself by adding weight Focus on each rep with great form and technique Be mindful of your rest time between sets Try to be better/stronger today than you were yesterday Get out of your comfort zone by pushing yourself harder Training with intent and do not settle for lazy reps. Training with great intent and experience the struggle that comes with truly challenging yourself.
