OPEN! OPEN! OPEN! OC Sports & Rehab is still open, with compliance as a healthcare organization under the regional stay-at-home order. Our hours of operation continue to remain the same & our staff is well equipped to continue tending to our patients’ physical therapy needs!
In light of the potential regional stay-at-home order, we’d like to remind our patients that we will remain fully open and operational. OCSR is a medical office that provides essential physical therapy services to our patients and we will continue to do just that. For more information about our very strict sanitation protocols, please visit us on the web at ocsportsandrehab.com. Patient safety is, and always has been our #1 priority. We hope all of our patients and their families continue to remain healthy and we will continue to do our best to ensure our offices are as clean and as safe as possible for the well-being of both our staff members & our patients.
HAPPY HOLIDAYS FROM OC SPORTS & REHAB! From the entire staff at OC Sports & Rehab, we’d like to officially kick off the holiday season with some warm wishes & friendly reminders to navigate the next few months: - Happy holidays! No matter what occasion or special day you and your family are celebrating in the coming months, we hope this holiday season brings you all some much needed warmth, happiness & peace. - Don’t be afraid to start new traditions! Or dit...ch the traditions all together! This holiday season is going to look different for all of us in so many ways, it’d be silly not to take the opportunity to try something different. - Stay home if you can. Travel if you must. If you are travelling to see your family, try to be wise and thoughtful whilst doing so. If you can, drive your car instead of flying. Stay home for a few days before traveling to minimize exposure & get a COVID-19 test at your local pharmacy in advance so you can ensure you are not spreading a virus you might not even know you contracted. - Zoom, Facetime, Skype, & Facebook Messenger are all good alternatives if you are choosing to stay home for the holidays. Your Aunt Barb will talk your ear off one way or another. At least this time you can end the awkward conversation by blaming a bad connection - Wash your hands. Wear your masks. Be aware of your surroundings. Be compassionate of those who might not be in the same good health as you. Use common sense. Only you & your family can weigh your personal pros & cons & determine the best options for yourselves. - Don’t overlook your health. If you need to see the doctor, see them. If you need to go to an ER, go. Don’t let fear keep you (or your family members) from getting the medical care you need. - Lastly, spread love. Spread joy. Spread peace. Spread compassion. Just don’t spread COVID! Again, from all of us at OC Sports & Rehab, we wish you all a happy and healthy holiday season! As an essential healthcare office, we will remain fully open & operational to provide physical therapy services to our patients. We hope you continue to feel comfortable coming into our offices. Our friendly staff is taking every precaution possible when it comes to stopping the spread. We know our patients put their trust in us to maintain an immaculate facility, and we will continue to do just that! ocsportsandrehab.com carycostapt.com
