Another big milestone on our Trabuco Canyon Kitchen Remodel! We are done with installing appliances, plumbing, etc. Our painters are ready to paint the pantry door, walls and ceilings this week. Big changes are happening at this project now. Keep an eye on progress photos as this dream kitchen is taking shape quickly!

This master bathroom was part of our Irvine Home Remodel project. Look how it went from dark and dull to light and bright! The main goal was to brighten up the room, so we used white materials such as DeWils Custom Cabinetry cabinets, countertops, and tiles. The VELUX skylight is the key to this remodel as it helps fill the spaces with natural light and fresh aira great feature in a master bathroom! Irvine Home Remodel: Living Room Reveal Originally, the living room had a step-down from the dining room and entry hallway. Together with our client, we decided to raise the floor level even with the rest of the house to allow for aging-in-place. We did this using framing lumber and new plywood subfloors. The door and windows were also raised up to remain in scale. As you can see, the end result is a bright and beautiful one-level home! The theme running through this Huntington Beach Bathroom is keeping things clean and simple. We used large format porcelain tile, which creates an illusion of a seamless wall. We also installed Quartz countertop that perfectly matches the bathroom features. To keep it budget friendly, we used a pre-made vanity cabinet and kept the existing footprint and window. Happy Friday! Here's a transformation of a Huntington Beach bathroom from cramped and old to sleek and modern. The homeowners decided to remodel their hall bath and opted for tub to shower conversion. We used DeWils Custom Cabinetry cabinets in quarter sawn oak with plenty of storage space. Aside from the shower bench, we also installed some toe kick accent lighting, making a big difference in the overall feel of the bathroom. Pocket doors are great way to close off an area in your home without taking up space that a swinging door or a barn door would require. From cramped to light and airy. The design approach to the second bathroom in our Mission Viejo project was to expand the footprint without adding square footage. To make this happen, we adopted aging-in-place features. First, we used a wall-mounted toilet that freed up 10 inches of floor space!
