This two minute video is about the 50 various Social Model, End of Life care homes across America. Each one is caring for their community members in need of a loving home and care in their final weeks of life. OCHH is a member of this national network (Omega Home Network). Every day in our area some one who’s dying needs OCHH. We continue to envision and work toward reopening this precious community resource. Thank you all for your support of this work. https://youtu.be/UMyyx6LJmYI
