Good morning family! This week we are wrapping up our series on Acts, looking at key themes we've seen in our study and preparing to be a church in revival moving forward!

Happy Pentecost Sunday! Today Pastor Derrick gave us a passion-filled teaching on the power of the Holy Spirit and how that power is offered to all of us today who believe! Check out the service online if you missed it I will take you from the nations and gather you from all the countries and bring you into your own land. I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you shall be clean from all your uncleannesses, and from all your idols I will cleanse you. And I will give you ...a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. And I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes and be careful to obey my rules. You shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers, and you shall be my people, and I will be your God. And I will deliver you from all your uncleannesses. Ezekiel 36:24-29a

We all see the chaos in our world these days. From politics, to natural disasters, a worldwide pandemic, and struggles in our personal lives, this year makes one thing clear, now more than ever: We need a Jesus revolution again. This fall, we are studying the book of Acts and how the first disciples of Jesus turned their world upside down with the power of the Holy Spirit. We believe this power can be displayed again in our culture! We are praying that God sends a revival like never before.

2 things: 1. TOMORROW (Wednesday) is the last day to bring any candy donations for Trail of Treats this Saturday!! 2. This week is our final Thursday food drive for now! If you’re free, come after 8am and we’ll likely get that food given out by lunch time... Thank you for your faithfulness OCFA fam!!

Trail of Treats is one week away!! We will be doing a walk-thru story of the life of Jesus- told through candy! You can bring your candy donations to church tomorrow, and Wednesday is the deadline! We can also use your help telling the story and welcoming families on Halloween. Make sure to sign up tomorrow or contact us to get involved! #Christ #Cause #Community

It’s Thursday and that means we have fresh groceries for you! We’ll be here until we run out! In today’s box: milk, eggs, fruit, veggies and frozen meat! This food is given in Jesus’ name! We want you to know that God cares about your needs. He cares about our physical needs, like when we need some extra food for the week! He is a good God who takes care of us and our families. And He also cares about our spiritual needs. Without Him, we have no hope. No one is perfect, a...nd we all are in need of redemption from sin and all that’s wrong in our lives. He is a good God who has provided a way to be forgiven through his son Jesus Christ! This food is evidence of Jesus’ care for us. We pray you enjoy it and remember that Jesus is King. He forgives all sin and is the way to true LIFE!
