We visited Pacific Walk recently. It is another upcoming community in Westminster from Olson Homes! The model homes will be completed in early June. Pacific Walk is a community of townhouses that will be located next to a new Christopher Homes Westgate community which will consist of detached homes. Joanne and I were looking at this community for ourselves initially. We were impressed with the Eco-friendly GREEN features, and the projected price points were appealing. Pacifi...c Walk wanted us to contact their preferred lender to begin the process of getting on their priority list which apparently is much different from interest list.
