OCC Lions joined our Orange Region of District 4-L4 Lions Group to donate Christmas gift bags to the Soldiers a total of 261 collected for our region

Was a great Lions weekend of fellowship. Was an honor to assist in the IT production for the 2020-2021 District 4-L4 Lions Group 4-L4 Lions Group Convention. Our new way of meeting...Hybrid style with in person social distancing and some on Zoom. Interested in learning more about Lions and what we do, send a message. We meet the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month at 7pm

On Thursday the OCC Lions delivered our collection of socks, soaps, lotions and some misc items to St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Tustin. The boxes are a small portion of the total of 60 boxes of soaps/loans donated thats 15,500 soaps and 8,640 lotions. These items will be provided to anyone in need that attend Sunday Supper. Partner congregations currently hosting Sunday Supper are: St. Pauls Episcopal, Aldersgate United Methodist Church, Congregation B’nai Israel, Trinity ...Episcopal Church, The River Church and Unity of Tustin. Approximately 150 volunteers participate in Sunday Supper’s operation each month. The interfaith aspect of Sunday Supper is our greatest strength. By working together and using our human and financial resources, we are able to focus on hunger solutions in our community. The Lions Clubs Diabetes Innovation Fund is a $1 million commitment and collaboration between the Lions Clubs and City of Hope to support advanced research projects into type 2 diabetes and its many complications. Orange International Street Fair Has gone virtual, stay tuned for the event schedule that will include entertainment and local restaurants to order street fair food or beverage that will raise money to be donated back to the local non-profits participating. District 4-L4 Lions Group
