The Orange County Auditor-Controller’s Office is pleased to announce the release of this year’s County Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) and its accompanying Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR). The PAFR, also known as the Citizens’ Report, serves as a layman’s guide to the complex financial information found in the CAFR. Each year we choose a County agency to highlight in both reports. This year’s agency is the OC Clerk-Recorder’s Office, who has worked tirelessly to continue to provide vital services to Orange County despite the challenges of COVID-19. UPDATED: The County of Orange’s #SafeDineOC COVID-Safe Restaurant Campaign has been extended through October 16, 2020. Restaurant owners may apply for a grant of up to $5,000 to reimburse them for masks, employee training, site reconfiguration, cleaning supplies, and more.
