Snack on these Healthy Rosemary Thyme Balsamic Meatballs or add them to your favorite dishes WHAT YOU NEED: - 1 lb Lean Ground Beef - 2 tbsp Olive Oil... - 1 Large Egg - cup Whole Wheat Breadcrumbs - cup Fresh Thyme, minced - cup Fresh Rosemary, minced - 2 tsp Garlic Powder - tsp Salt - cup Balsamic Vinegar GET COOKIN: 1. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium/high heat and add olive oil. 2. Place beef, egg, breadcrumbs, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, and salt in a large bowl. Use your hands to mix together so that everything is fully combined. 3. Use a tablespoon scoop to form meatballs in your palms. Then, place on heated cast iron skillet and repeat until meat mixture is gone. 4. Use tongs to turn meatballs until all sides have browned. Add balsamic vinegar and turn heat down to medium. 5.
