Office space can be a difficult problem for a startup, because rent is high. A common option is to work from home. Another solution is to share a larger space between a bunch of small businesses - that's the co-working space concept. The Santa Clarita Business Incubator is great (that's where Nuhubit Software Studios LLC is currently located), but is only large enough to host a small number of businesses. There is a nice co-working space at a fantastic central location on Main St., but it is also small. The Steamwork center promises to really help a lot of startups address the question of "Where?"

The City of Santa Clarita produced a short video about Bubbly Primes, the software studio that made it, and the business incubator where it all happened.
