Last week, the Georgia Council on Developmental Disabilities distributed this amazing voter guide through the Atlanta Journal Constitution. Voting can be a complicated process. And it is made even more difficult by a global pandemic and polling places closing in states such as Georgia. Fewer polling places means longer lines and less access.
