This skill may look easier than it is, but it actually requires a lot of coordination and strength to push your head up at the end and then stand up. NOVATO GYMNASTICS IS HIRING! We are looking for fun, dynamic individuals to join our amazing team of Gymnastics Instructors! Some gymnastics experience is preferred, but not required. We are ready to train the right person! A few of the things we are looking for: Applicants ages 16 or older Experience working with children, i.e., childcare, volunteer work, coaching other sports/activities.... Interest in physical activities and education Available 12+ hours during the school year on weekday mornings and/or afternoons and Saturday mornings. Summer hours are flexible! SUPERNOVA is a gymnastics class structured for self-guided exploration, requires parent participation and teacher Hannah will be there to supervise and provide suggestions! One of the most popular questions we get asked is, "HOW CAN I LEARN TO DO A CARTWHEEL?!" And here are a two of our gymnasts doing just that . CARTWHEELS take A LOT of practice, and your child may do hundreds before getting it just right. As long as they're in a safe spot, encourage them to keep practicing. Over time they will improve until one day you can't stop he or she from turning upside down just about everywhere! We'll be doing lots of cartwheels this summer at GYMNASTICS CAMP!
