SPECIAL BULLETIN Brazil Consulate Strike Update A 24-hour strike on Wednesday by employees of the Brazilian consulates throughout the United States has produced lingering and undefined issues in several cities which may create disruptions to visa processing. CIBT employees will continue to visit the Consulates daily in order to obtain the most current information and determine when normal operations will resume in the affected cities....
