Please find it in your hearts to donate to our local favorite pizza spot. They have been amazing to our league and have held many many fundraisers for us as well as donations. Please support as many small businesses as you can during this time. Lots of us and nonprofits are struggling with the changes this shutdown has caused. Hi NGFP Friends and Families, Your league President here. I just wanted to send out a note to remind you guys that you are MISSED dearly! We can't wait to get back to normalcy again. With that being said I wanted to bring up few tips for our girls at this time. Although we cannot go outside and do much please continue to encourage your child. Have zoom calls with their friends. Have family game nights. Have science experiments on the porch. Do little things to keep their mind...s shaped on the positive even with all the negative surrounding us. Stress at a time like this can be a lot for a child. Especially a teen who just got their whole lives altered in a blink of an eye. Our 14 and 16u teams can use extra support these days. They are older and understand a little bit more of what's going on and it may be affecting them more. Continue to talk to them and ask how they are doing. I know we cannot do much during this time but we can do little things. And those little things can be the difference between happy and sad. I cannot wait to see everyone again.
