Answers phones, transfer calls and/or takes messages. Types memos, letters and reports. Schedules meetings. Organizes and prepares for appointments and meetings. Updates and maintains files. Reviews and submits billings. Tracks client services for outcome reports. Orders supplies. Develops and maintains spreadsheets for various data gathering needs. Presents and maintains a positive and professional attitude and demeanor. Additional duties as assigned including, filling in at other sites or departments as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: High school education. Some college or the equivalent of specialized business, or office administration / clerical skills. Current California driver’s license, with an acceptable DMV printout and insurability, minimum of a 3-year driving history. Ability to pass a DOJ criminal background check. Ability to pass CPR and First Aid course. Strong computer skills and proficient in Excel and Word. Strong written and communication skills. Establish and maintain a simple filing system. Ability to work independently and efficiently with others. Ability to collaborate effectively.
