Despite what is going on in the world, yesterday we celebrated Neil Graber 's retirement from NorthStar. We were able to do a quick virtual shout out in the morning and later do a vehicle drive by parade. Neil has been with NorthStar for 30 years as a Civil Engineer, member of the board of directors, shareholder and ultimately a friend to many. Neil is known for his quirky personality who grumbles in the corner office but has an infectious laugh. Being an engineer has provided him the opportunity to solve difficult challenges and to help clients and the community at the same time. We are so thankful for him and there aren't enough words for a single post. Neil Graber, we wish you happiness on your future backpacking trips with your boys and trips to the coast with family. You will be truly missed when we all get back to the office.

Today we celebrate another virtual milestone; it is Robin Kampmann's 15 year work anniversary! Robin has been with NorthStar since 2005 as a civil engineer and she is also a shareholder and member of the Board of Directors. Robin expanded her workload when she was contracted out with the City of Red Bluff as the City Engineer and the City of Corning as the Director of Public Works. Robin's hard work and commitment to NorthStar and its values does not go unnoticed. We are very fortunate for all she does for us. Happy 15 years Robin, and to another 15 more!

Today we celebrate Mike Main's 20 Year Work Anniversary with NorthStar. Mike is apart of our Architectural Department as the Structural Engineer. Mike is the "quiet" one who sneaks up on you with a silent "hello" but time after time will come out of his shell and show us his unique talents through work and his vocals. Thank you Mike for 20 years with us and thank you for showing off your vocals in our virtual get together this afternoon!

Today we celebrate Jay Lowe's 25th work anniversary at NorthStar. Unfortunately we were unable to throw a big bash in person, however, we were able to get a virtual meeting set up this afternoon to give him a huge NorthStar thank you. Thank you Jay for all that you do for the Civil Department and the Company! Until we get to celebrate in person and learn the foot shake dance together!
