We’re ready for one of San Diego’s to start lighting up

Unforgettable weekend down at the adaptive surf US Open. Scott experienced a life-altering neck injury over 15 years ago & is just recently getting back in the water. We managed to join the contest with just a days notice and had to duct tape handles onto his board before our first heat. We endured three days of less than ideal conditions and got worked by a few overhead sets but managed to come out with the W! Huge thanks to @stokeforlife foundation for putting on this event & to all of the volunteers who helped keep everyone safe. We were honored to be apart of it
