Vice President of Operations, Jerry O'Connell, will be leaving NORMS after 41 years. The creator of the Bigger, Better Breakfast, reflects on his time with the company: "NORMS is and always will be a great company. My greatest gift is the memory of being part of a senational team that I spent most of my adult life with. I know NORMS will continue to prosper in the years ahead and keep exceeding expectations.
