As a leading fashion retailer, we’re committed to delivering the best possible service and merchandise for our customers. Delivering on that commitment means continually listening to customer feedback and evolving our product offering to ensure we’re meeting their needs. As part of our ongoing product evolution, we’ve been working with the Humane Society of the United... States and recently made the decision to stop offering products made with genuine fur or exotic animal skin in any of our stores or online. Every voice matters, and over the last few months we've spent a lot of time listening to what's on your mind. We heard from employees and customers across the U.S. that want to be actively engaged in their communities and help find solutions to the challenges we're facing. We heard from many who believe Nordstrom has a role to play in encouraging that participation and making it easier for employees to exercise their right to vote. We agree, and are excited to announce our Make Your Voice Heard campaign in partnership with nonpartisan, nonprofit organizations When We All Vote and The National Urban League. Together, our goal is to educate, encourage and empower our employees and customers to make their voices heard this election season.

Over the past few months, we’ve done a lot of listening, and we’ve heard from employees, customers, our Board of Directors and Nordstrom partners.
