NorCal Spas is Northern California's #1 Refurbished Hot Tub Dealer. We are a small, young team currently looking to expand. The current job opening is for a Lead position. We are looking for an ambitious, dependable, and hard-working individual who enjoys some physical labor. This role is responsible for:... -Driving to/from the delivery/pickup address -Handling all paperwork and payments to/from customers -Professionally disconnecting hot tub(s) after proper training -Moving portable hot tub(s) to/from customers' residences (with assistance) -Loading portable hot tub(s) on and off the truck (with assistance) -Cleaning portable hot tubs and prepping them for delivery -Repairing spas as instructed after proper training Applicants MUST: -Have strong customer service skills -Be confident making decisions and solving problems -Be responsible and comfortable working independently -Be able to lift at least 100 Lbs. -Have reliable transportation -Have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record -Be available in the early mornings - a typical work day begins around 4:30AM and ends by 1pm -Prior experience as a mover is a plus
