Hello, my name is Shannon Figuracion and I am the Patient Care Coordinator at Norcal Pain Treatment Center. I am here to schedule your procedures and get them authorized. I also help as an administrative assistant. I have over 21 yrs of experience in the medical field. I’ve worked with AMR, CEP, including 2 years as a 911 operator. I’ve spent half of my life dedicated to healthcare and I am compassionate about helping my community. I believe giving is better than receiving. Apart from my career, I am a mother of 4 and a wife of 26 yrs. I also volunteered the last 5 yrs as a cheer coach, mentoring and being a role model for our local youth football and cheer organization. I am committed to helping our office in anyway I can.
