In a time when we are all working out from home, a complex is a great addition to you fitness routine because you don't need heavy weights. Lighter weights are preferred and you'll see why. So what's a complex? Basically, it's a bunch of exercises in a row with the same piece of equipment without putting it down. Here is my last set of 2 reps for 7 exercises. I started with 10 reps, then 8, 6, 4, and 2. Complexes are great because they crush your lunges and your muscles. My first set of 10 takes over 4 minutes! Complexes are super flexible. You can get really creative with which exercises, different equipment, number of sets and reps. Play around with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells. Try descending ladder sets or straight sets. Go with at least 4 sets, but you can go with as many as you'd like. #happylifting #nobullfit
