WHERE TO EAT AND DRINK IN RICHMOND: "Perhaps one of the East Bay’s most remote restaurants, Nobilis sits at the top of a bumpy, winding, seemingly endless uphill road, on the waterfront about as far west as you can drive in the East Bay without plunging into the actual bay. (The restaurant has a spot for customers arriving by boat to dock too.) That means the views at this little brunch diner are pretty sweet, but the food is worth a trip too especially the egg dishes and anything with fried oysters."
