A new housing project for the City of Tulare. The project aims to create pedestrian friendly environment that emphasizes on a sense of community and connection with adjoining neighbors.

The Sunset Theater in Lodi, CA has been vacant for 22 years. We are excited to restore this historic community icon and expand on the identity with a new addition bringing it new life.
