For the month of January, Nivano Physicians has selected Linette Roe as the employee of the month! Linette is Nivano’s Senior Operations Manager and has been with the company for two and a half years. She manages all operations and compliance while implementing new programs and software. While working at Nivano, she has learned to appreciate and acknowledge the little things which can make a huge difference when handling a member, provider, employee or vendor. Linette is view...ed as a great leader and is the glue that holds the company together. She has stepped up in many ways this past year and is the leader that the company needs. She constantly goes beyond her job duties to help Nivano and other employees succeed. In her spare time, she loves to do crafts, home improvement projects and spend time outdoors.
