Here is a MIE case of a first molar treated due to IP after a crown preparation by a prosthodontist on tooth #14, (#15 also treated due to IP). First PA, pre-crown prep. Second PA immediate P.O. with temporary crowns in place. Third radiograph is 2 year recall, and fourth PA is 5 year recall. (Final sizes of canal shapes is 17/.04 VTaper files).

Read treatment with the perforation repair and MB root with last PA being a 7 year recall.
