Happy Easter!! This photo was actually taken yesterday while we celebrated my mom’s 84th birthday at the lake. This year has been challenging with all of the up and downs and the unknowns. Yesterday was the first time in well over a year that I saw my my sister, my nephew and his fiancé. I am so grateful to be surrounded by friends and family this Easter weekend! I hope yours is lovely!

I am so excited to share some big real estate news with you! The beautiful Zaca Lake has just been sold to new owners, a local family who has extraordinary vision for the property. I have been quietly working for over two years on the sale of this landmark Santa Ynez Valley property and I could not be more delighted that the new owners are now the caretakers of this land for future generations. Zaca Lake has long held a special place in my heart. I experienced its magic ov...er 20 years ago when I volunteered to help with a children’s program through the Boys & Girls Club. The beauty of this unique property always brought me a sense of peace and calm. I would visit every opportunity that I found, wandering the tree lined paths and floating on the dock that still exists in the middle of the lake, nourishing my soul. A few years later, my husband and I married under the redwoods on the shore of this majestic lake.
